Bali Jewels ships its products both nationally, as well as to countries within the European Union and the rest of the world.

At Bali Jewels we are aware of the importance of Internet security. For this reason we guarantee total security in your purchases made in the virtual store. Bali Jewels uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in Spain (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar, which is €15) for purchases over €100. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is stipulated at the prices offered by the GLS shipping company. When you fill in the details and complete the order, the shipping costs will appear.


Possible customs charges are not included in our rates.

All orders shipped to countries in the European Union are sent in accordance with the international trade rule known as DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”), which requires all orders to be shipped in accordance with the international trade rule known as DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”).

What is the delivery time?


National:

Since the items are sent to us from Indonesia, it takes about 30 days to reach us, to which we would have to add another 2 days.

If the items are from the Carolina G. section, the latest would be 7 days to 30 days.


International:

Since the items are sent to us from Indonesia, it takes about 30 days to reach us, to which we would have to add another 5 days.

If the items are from the Carolina G. section, the latest would be 7 to 15 days.


RETURNS

Can I exchange or return purchased items?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of arrival to make the return. If the merchandise has a defect or fault, as provided for in the Defective Products Act, Bali Jewels will immediately replace the product with an identical one if it is available or we will send you a shopping voucher to spend at Bali Jewels for the amount spent.


Steps to follow in case of return.


1. Request your return via email to carolina.gomez@bali-jewels.es within 14 calendar days from the date the order was received by the courier company.


2. Please let us know in the email the order number and the reason for returning the item. In case of our fault, please provide us with the address to collect the package with the item to be returned.


3. The next step is to prepare the package to be picked up.


4. Identify the package with the information provided below.


-Sender: First and last name

-Purchase voucher.

-Address

Recipient: Bali jewels c/gurutze 10, 1b Lazkao 20210, Guipuzcoa, Spain


The return must meet these conditions to be accepted. Once the item has been received at our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email with informationinforming you of the acceptance of the return with its corresponding purchase voucher.


Shopping vouchers

Once the return has been processed and accepted, Bali Jewels will provide you with a voucher for the value of the purchase made as soon as possible. This voucher will not have an expiration date and must be redeemed through our email carolina.gomez@bali-jewels.es and write to us and tell us which products you are interested in. We will redeem your voucher for the sum of the products you consider up to the amount of said voucher. Bali Jewels is committed to achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
